On the server, queries read the authority model. On the owning client, they read replicated QuestStates.

Other clients do not receive this player's quest state.

Get Quests By Status on the local PlayerState Quest Component.

Vendor filters work on both sides: GetQuestsByStatusForGiver, ForTurnIn, ForVendor.
